Family Networks is a neighbourhood-based support service that helps strengthen families, assisting them in developing a support plan, and providing access to community resources and services. Using trained Mentors, families are given support, assistance, guidance and advocacy. This service is for families who have children under 16 years of age, are struggling with poverty, violence, abuse or mental health issues, and who are involved or may become involved with Children's Aid Society and require additional support. |
